Because We Care

In today’s consumer world, we believe that honesty is the best policy. That’s why we designed the most generous, fair, and transparent policies for our customers. Learn more below and reach out with questions.

Returns/Exchange Policy

​

  1. Static Business Technologies Consultancy will accept any returns/exchanges within 5 days of purchase.

  2. All returns will be processed as store credit ONLY.

  3. Store credit can be applied to items of equal or greater value.

  4. Store credit is valid for three months.

  5. Static Business Technologies Consultancy will NOT accept any item for return or exchange without an original Static Business Technologies Consultancy invoice. NO EXCEPTIONS.

  6. Items for return or exchange must meet the following criteria. 

  7. Packaging must be in original condition

  8. Items must not be damaged and should be in saleable condition.

   7. All returned items will incur a restocking fee of 10% of the cost of the item.

   8. Management reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges.

 

Warranty

​

  1. Most computer parts carry a three (1) month warranty.

  2. No warranty on ink refills.

  3. “final sale” items have no warranty.

  4. One (1) month warranty on repairs, upgrades and services.

  5. Three (3) month warranty on labor for custom build systems.

  6. The following voids our warranty:

  • Part/s purchased incompatible with system.

  • Faulty installation

  • Damage was caused by electrical failure or power interruption

  • Virus infection

  • Product misuse

  • Software conflict

  1. Items that have been subjected to abuse, misuse, accident, alteration, neglect, unauthorized repair or installation are not covered by warranty.

     

Management reserves the right to make final decision.

 

Replacement Under Warranty

​

  1. A seven (7) working day wait period on return of goods for replacement applies.

  2. If faulty item is replaced by an item of greater value, customer is responsible for the difference in cost.

  3. Replaced items may be of a different brand but will be of equal performance.

  4. Working items will not be replaced.

  5. A minimum service charge of $50 applies to any goods returned as faulty that are in working condition.

  6. Service charges apply to items brought in for replacement that are infected with viruses or that are misused.

These items will not be replaced under warranty.

Items brought in for return, exchange, or replacement under warranty must first be removed from the computer system. Items must be checked by Static Business Technologies Consultancy staff before any return, exchange or replacement action can be taken.
